Suggest Treatment For PCOS And Heartburn

Hi, I am freaked out and I need someone to give me some sort of insight that I do not possess. I m 18, almost 19 years old. I had sex almost exactly two weeks ago. We used a condom and I am on birth control, however, I was on the last week of my pack and taking placebo pills and I also missed one the night I had sex. I am very prone to panic which is why I feel that I cannot think clearly about this. I have PCOS and my period is extremely irregular even with the birth control. The day I had sex I was actually, according to my pack, supposed to be on my period but I skipped it which isn t that out of the ordinary. I currently have a yeast infection. I ve been very hot recently. I ve had to keep the AC on constantly or I actually start to sweat. I had cramps a couple of days ago. I ve had some minor heartburn however that runs in my family. I ve been having to use the restroom constantly and just yesterday I started to bleed just barely. I really just need some advice and insight about what is happening.
