PCOS is complex disease. Various factor like genetic and family predisposition, metabolic factor-

contraceptive pills: regular the menstrual cycle. Should be taken for 6 months.
Clomiphene citrate: induce ovulation and maintain fertility
Spironolactone and fulatamide: diuretic action and induce ovulation
Infertility problem should be treated by :FSH hormone or FSH analogue and
In vitro fertilization Surgical process: If not responds to medical treatment surgery like ovarian dreeling can be used
Start regular exercise for 45-60 minutes in the morning.reduction in 10 percent weight helpful to induce ovulation and regularize the period.
Diet: take small frequent meal rather large meal
Avoid fatty/spicy/salty foods
Avoid excessive sweets
