Suggest Treatment For PCOS When Diagnosed With Endometriosis
I am 27 yr old, recently diagnosed with endometriosis. Chocolate cyst of 10x10 cm adhering to my right ovary removed through lapratomy that got ruptured while delivering out with sacrifice of some ovarian tissue according to my OT report. Some Match stick lesions noticed on left ovary and pelvic region. pls suggest me how can I prevent reoccurence/growth of the chocolate cyst further.
