Hello,

Duphaston is a progesteron like drug that generally is not used to help you conceive but to help the menstrual cycles be a more regular. To induce ovulation in patients with PCOS generally it is recommended to get clomifen and metformin (that you are already taking). Combining these two increases the chance of you getting pregnant.

Please talk with your doctor on the chance of starting clomifen to induce ovulation and continue meanwhile with metformine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
