Suggest Treatment For PCOS
The doctor is pretty sure I have pcos. That being said my period is irregular. I was off the pill in hopes of getting pregnant. 2 months ago(after I d lost 15lbs) I started my period that went on to last over a month. I ve now been on birth control pills for a month(I will begin the last week of pills tomorrow for the pack) the last few days I have had very severe cramping and brown bloody discharge-like stuff. Is this normal?

Please get USG and HCG levels done and if possible take follow up from gynecologist to rule out severity as there can complications too with this scenario, so basic test and follow up helpful.
