Hello dear I understand your concern PCOS is very complex disease. Hormonal imbalance and insulin resistance is the main cause. I advise to consult the gynecologist and undergo reproductive hormone analysis, ovarian follicle study and USG scan for better management. Following medicine will hep you in management: Tablet clomiphene citrate for 2nd to 6th day of cycle. Regular use of birth control pill. Start metformin regular to induce the ovulation and maintain glucose homeostasis. Tablet spirololactone to induce the ovulation and reduce the fluid retention Progesterone injection can be given to induce the period. Do exercise and reduce 10-12 percent weight. Take healthy diet and avoid excessive sweets. Drink plenty of water and avoid stress. Hope this may help you
