Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi! Last week I was diagnosed with Parkinson s Disease. I am a 71 year old retired R.N. very active. I was told to stay active, eat right, and I may start Sinemet for tremor in my R arm when I decide to do so. Is there anything else [maybe holistically] I could be doing to slow the progression down? Thank you Vicki Adams
Hello, Staying active is the best advice. In addition, Tai Chi and seeing an acupuncturist that is skilled in treating Parkinson's patients may help you. Regards
