Suggest Treatment For Still S Disease

Hello I have still s disease and i wanted to know how it will be my life in the future and the life expectancy too. Im 29, suffering from minor symptoms since 18, but know weeks with fevers pain and throat pain. Rashes, and not been able to move. Also super depressed

main symptoms are arthritis fever rashes and lymphadepathy.it is like rheumatoid arthritis. it damages joint and may involve heart and lungs. it respond to nonsteroid analgesic. in seviour form steroid like prednisolone is used. present drugs used arepenicilamineactinera which blocks il 1. symptomatic treatment for other problem is to be given.
