Suggest Treatment For Tuberculosis
My brother was diagnosed with tb by quantiferon test a month ago.As atk 4 had some complication in his liver he is on streptomycin for the past 3 weeks. He was getting better. but for the past two days he is having fever & Chills (103.7C), after giving paracetamol it got reduced & again shoots up to 101C. is it normal? His lymph nodes are gone now in his arm pits & Shoulders. Kindly guide me to proceed further.

In my opinion you should not worry much about the fear.
As tuberculosis of lymphnode can give rise to fever upto 2-3 months.
So no need to worry much for lymphnodes
Since you are having improvement in swelling size snd number, continue with these drugs for atleast 6-7 months.
And take paracetamol when ever you are having fever.
