Suggest Treatment For UTI

Hi doctor good morning I am Sudhir from Indiaage52 male.since last 2 days I am suffering from UTI as the doctor say I was also wet in rains for 3 days.due to which I got low grade fever and body ache.doctor prescribed Cital syrup 1 tsp 3 times para and Bcomplex. My frequency of urination has come down half as well as the urgency to urinate. The burning while urination too has gone down by around80% to 20%.Now its 4 am and having fwver101.5F BP 136/80. Pulse 80 is it going OK? Please reply urgently

you are suffering from urinary tract infection. u need to take antibiotic. if u have taken already this, and u are getting relief from it. then it is ok and suitable for u. best antibiotic for UTI is combination of ofloxacin plus ornidazole. take it for five days. drink lots of water. water flushes out the bacteria through urine and antibiotic destroy them and make urinary tract healthy.
treatment of fever - paracetamole
treatment for body pain - pain reliver, ibuprofen
best home remedies for urinary tract is drink more and more water

second best is drink one glass soda with two table spoon of milk.it will enhance Healthy flow of urine

use tea tree oil at the urethra it will promote healing

drink pinch of soda bicarbonate in water for 5 days

take as much as fruit if possible
