Suggest Treatment For UTI

My dr. Took me off Losartan as my BP was staying low. About 2wks after my last dose I came up with a bad UTI that will not go away. She has given me Cipro andNitrofurantoin macro 100 mg. and after 2 weeks I still have the UTI. Could the stopping the losartan cause the UTI?

as u was treating uti but it will again get.
treatment was giving correct.
u didnt mentioned proper history to find out the cause as treatment will be effective.
some investigaion needed as ultrasonography of kidney to rule out stone ,bladder infection. Most important culture and sensitivity of urine for most effective antibiotic u have given.
drinking plenty of water.
