Your husband need proper clinical examination and routine investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test, ultrasound of abdomen, urine RE/ME,Urine culture and sensitivity. Nitrite test and leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI. He may need antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
Proper treatment depend upon findings. He should drink plenty of water.
