Suggest Treatment For UTI
BPH Diagnosis some years back. Medication prescribed no longer works. Foul smelling urine. Foul smell from both sides of upper, inner thighs along with oily like secretion which irritates skin (itches and burns). Prone to urinary track infections. History of prostate infections, as well. PSA within range. Observed blood in semen once.

Semen in urine you are talking about could be urethral discharge
get your urine test for culture and sensitivity test
you might be having fungal infection
in my opinion you may require a course of antifungal or antibiotics drugs and a antifungal ointment to be applied locally under observationof your doctor
Have plenty of fluids
maintain good hygiene
