26 year old male with acquired brain injury 9 years ago experiencing chills, laying down for 2 hours with a heart rate of 114, BP 110/58. last 3 days with clammy skin to touch. no fever 36.6 C. tender abdominal on left side. just finished a 2 week course of antibiotics for a UTI urine slightly cloudy.
1Get CBC,urine routine and culture to be done stat 2 since BP is a bit low and HR high ,cool and calmy skin suggest of some uro sepsis 3.broad spectrum antbiotics must be started till culture report arrived 4.to review with reports
