Suggest Treatment For UTI

Hi there. I have been diagnosed with a UTI with Klebsiella bacteria. I am on augmentin for 10 days and even though my urine is now back to normal, I have an internal shaking that is still there. I have a badly broken tooth, could this be the cause? I have had symptoms over 4 months.
