Suggest Treatment For Vaginal Pseudomonas

hello, I am a GP in Australia, my patient has vaginal pseudomonas on her vaginal swab, a course of ciprofloxin given by my colleagues did not work as a re swab is still positive, have suggested vaginal douching with vinegar ( previous post here) any other ideas? Much appreciated, david
