Suggest Treatment For A Bleeding Hemorrhoid

I have had a hemorroid issue for several years but just recently it has started bleeding. This evening was the most I ve seen. I m trying to stay off my feet as much as possible and stopped lifting heavy items. I ve been unpacking and probably aggravated it.

As you mentioned you have problem of hemorroid .
Anti-inflammatory drugs helpful to reduce a Inflammation..
Avoid excessive straining at toilet time..
Avoid constipation problem by taking high fiber foods and water..
If needed than laxatives can use..
Warm water sitz bath also helpful in hemorroids.
Lignocain ointment apply before going toilet time.
Consult a doctor for further treatment.
