Suggest Treatment For A Blood Clot In The Leg

I am having trouble with my left leg swelling. I have had an Ultra Sound done to rule out blood clot and I had an MRI done. MRI did not show anything. Left leg is swelling at my shin. It looks deformed first thing in the morning. Any suggestion on what I should do next?

have you tried with eco doppler? this is an advanced technique of ultrasound, that can visualizate the vascular status
