Suggest Treatment For A Bubble Like Pimple On The Eyelids
i have a white bubble looking thing on the lower eyelid of my right eye, i had a bruise 5 days ago and just realised this bubble under my eye, its not those on the skin, its inside the eyelid where there are veins, so u can only see it when u stretch my lower eyelid. And because of that bubble the right lower eyelid is redder inside than the eyelid in the left eye. Is this because of the bruise? And how am i supposed to take that bubble away?
Is the swelling fluid filled? transparent? Is it painful? It can be a stye. If its not painful then wait for 1-2 days it should go away on its own. Do not squeeze it or touch it with bare hands. Don't rub your eyes.
If you observe any change in the size or color of it then get your eye examined by an ophthalmologist. It might or might not be related to the bruise you mentioned. It can be due to infection and if its increasing then appropriate medical management is instructed.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
