Hello,

Bump on the scalp after injury may be due to hematoma formation. It may be painful at early stages but it may take time around 2-3 week to recover.

Use painkiller medication, hot and cold compression. If you have a headache or vomiting or giddiness means you may consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
