Suggest Treatment For A Cut Behind The Ear From An Injury

hello Doctor my son 4year old got a little hit by the corner edge of the table on his head behind the ears, very little bleed is on since last 20 mins... what should i do , i aplied anteseptic cleaned it well and now applied neosprine, Is it something to worry shall i see the doctor tomorrow?

If it is a very little cut then there is nothing to worry about just apply neosporin ointment or betadine ointment on it.
