Suggest Treatment For A Cut On The Finger

I cut my pinky finger at work about a month ago or so pretty deep got the beefing under control fast and it started to heal I couldn t really bend it or make a full fist at first not I have mobility but if I bang it on something it hurts to about a 8 out of 10 I still have some pain when bending or gripping with it as well any advise

Hi thanks for asking question in HCM..

Noted you have cut over little finger.which you have mentioned deep...

Just now after few days healing occurs by fibrosis..Because of contracture it might lead pain..There is also chance of infection..

Do you have taken antibiotic???suture???
If still need and wound clean then suture taken.
If cut seems infected antibiotic taken...
Daily dressing can be done...

If dressing not needed apply betardine ointment over it...

Keep cut area clean with preventing water contact...
Normal saline can used for cleaning....

For pain brufen can taken...
