Suggest Treatment For A Distorted Endometrium And Multiple Fibroids

I did a scan some days ago,d result says am having multiple fibroid at d following locations, subserous 3.8*3.8cm, posterior intramural 3.9*3.9cm and calcified posterior fundal 5.9*3.8cm and endometrium plate is distorted.please what should I do?can it be resolve without surgery?

Hi, I think it can resolve by medicines like GnRH analogues but there is a chance of recurrence. Only if hysterectomy is done, there is no chance of recurrence. If you are having heavy periods but you don't want surgery, you can give medicines a try. Discuss with your doctor regarding this.
