Suggest Treatment For A Feeling Of Gas Stuck In The Stomach And Rectum

I have the feeling that gass is stuck in my stomach and in my rectum. I fart and burb them out but still I feel a lot of pinches on my back , on my bladder. I also feel like I am about to soffoceat. I have chronic anxiety, even though I don t see it myself people have told me that my breathing is wrong. I gotthen a whole lot of other symptoms due to my anxiety ( which I still don t get that anxiety can cause so many fysical problems) But the worst is my stomach, how can I decrease the amount of gass , is it dengerous? It also makes me tired. My blood results are all fine but I do may have a gastroenteritis due to helicobacter Pylori bacteria, but I already took antibiotica a few mounths ago and I felt better but now I have really this gass and dyspepsia. How can I help this?

Hi...Can understand your concern...As per your query about gastritis and dyspepsia in you can be due more consumption of gas forming and oily spicy foods.you need to bring some changes in food habits and in your lifestyle..Take more and more green leafy vegetables and salads.Avoid cabbage ,legumes,onion etc.Fibre rich diet ensures proper gut motility and reduces gas formation..More intake of chilles and oil and spices also causes dyspepsia..Do exercises and yoga or meditation to overcome anxiety disorder.You can take pantoprazole tablets for few days to overcome gastritis problem..I hope the information helps you.Take care.
