I have the feeling that gass is stuck in my stomach and in my rectum. I fart and burb them out but still I feel a lot of pinches on my back , on my bladder. I also feel like I am about to soffoceat. I have chronic anxiety, even though I don t see it myself people have told me that my breathing is wrong. I gotthen a whole lot of other symptoms due to my anxiety ( which I still don t get that anxiety can cause so many fysical problems) But the worst is my stomach, how can I decrease the amount of gass , is it dengerous? It also makes me tired. My blood results are all fine but I do may have a gastroenteritis due to helicobacter Pylori bacteria, but I already took antibiotica a few mounths ago and I felt better but now I have really this gass and dyspepsia. How can I help this?
