Suggest Treatment For A Itchy Bump On The Labia Majora

So I recently had unprotected sex and within 3 days I developed a small bump on my pubic region that is fairly itchy but not painful. The last time before that that I had unprotected sex was about 2 months earlier and had been tested after that and was a ok! Now I also have mild eczema that is on my thighs but it seems slightly more itchy with this one on my pubic region (which could be for me itching it) suggestions/ treatment I should try?
