Suggest Treatment For A Large Lump On The Buttock

I have a golf ball sized lump on the outside of my butt cheak.... I showed it to my wife because i noticed that it was swollen because when i sit on the toilet or basically any where it hurts and my leg gets numb. She noticed another smaller lump right above it. Its also tender. What do u think it is?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of lymph nodes are very likely and it may be due to some infection and this needs to be ruled out till then it can be well managed with "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
