Suggest Treatment For A Large Painful Lump On The Anus

Ok sorry for the too much information thing, but i have a lump the size of a large marble or just under a golf ball in between my anus and ball sack its Red, Heat from the affected area, and very very tender. It poped up about 2 weeks ago and then i beleive it burst at some point because infection mixed with a little light blood came out and the pressure went down. Is there a over the counter medican that will help me pull any infection to the surface?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a large,large marble sized lump between anus and scrotal sacs seems to be a Perineal abscess and can occur due to causes like infection and clogging of glands in the area, bacterial infection of the skin in that area lead to pus formation under the skin..
You should consult a Proctologist and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation is generally sufficient for the diagnosis..
You can be advised a course or oral antibiotics, anti inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen along with topical application of antibiotic and steroid ointments..
In case if lump is large Incision and drainage can be done for fatser relief from infection..
