Suggest Treatment For A Lump Behind The Knee

Hi, About a 1 1/2 year ago i had ACL surgery and my meniscus shaved. I did rehab, all was well until i returned to football again. The first thing i noticed was a lump behind the knee, which was really hard and restricted flexibility. Sometimes it would feel pain in my knee with a simple step. Ive also noticed that the muscles on my leg that had the operation the muscles seem to be getting weaker even though i have started to do rehab again. Please help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I would say that it may take some time for complete healing, and you have to be very patience till then, and not need to worry about this, it may be some swelling appears there and this may be consequences of surgery, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
