Suggest Treatment For A Lump Coming Out Of Anus During Bowel Movement

i AM 63 year old I have my ESR 87 mm/hour. I too have 2nd stage Piles where a lump from the Anus comes out during Bowels and goes in after it. There is no bleeding. I get fever very often. I too have stunt in my heart. this was put in Jan 2010. Please suggest.

I really appreciate your concern, the elevated ESR could be a sign of long-term (chronic) illness, if this is hemorrhoid then it needs surgery here the infection needs to be ruled out. Even the history of heart stent not related to this. None of the 3 conditions are related to each other, but the fever could be due to infection and it needs to be ruled out but wait for some time it will come around too.
