I have a lump/knot on the left posterior neck which I believe is a lymph node. It s not painful but since finding this roughly a week ago it seems to be getting slightly larger. Now if I turn or tilt my head to the left I can feel it kind of catch where this lump is.
You need to visit a physician who Will do clinical examination and may get ultrasound of neck to look for other swellings if any which are not palpable. You need fnac of the swelling for diagnosis. Blood investigation HB,TC DC ESR to see if any inflammatory or infection is there.
Treatment can be initiated following the report
Thank you
