Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Chin Bone

lump on front of chin bone after broken tipia... already had it checked for cancer, etc. all is fine EXCEPT that it is uncomfortable, very noticeable and embarrassing, I want it removed but I want to know if procedure will be considered medical or cosmetic

If this is a lipoma and isn't teasing you much medically, then may be they take it as a cosmetic may be as surgical.

If this is a swelling due to some pathological abnormality, they may take it as Surgical.

If it is a thyroid, or thyroglossal duct cyst, then again it is surgical.

Most insurances will cover your lumpectomy/surgery, I think. Try it.
