General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.

The oily urine is also an indication. The gall bladder is in fact an important organ, but if it is not functioning properly then it will slowly result in further regression and so it is best to just take it out. But of course, this will not lead to you continuing life the way you always lived it. There will surely have to be lifestyle changes, permanent oral medications, and so on. Please speak to your surgeon about elaborate details.

Best wishes
