Suggest Treatment For A Non Healing Cut At The Back Of The Vaginal Opening

I had a suspicious pap test 3 years ago- had 3 coposcopies- one leap- I have had two paps that are normall (6 mos) I have had vaginal fissures for over two years- I have been doctoring- she has me on estrace- twice a week and if I need apply on the outside more often- I have what seems to be a lump/cut at the back of my vagina opening that won't heal- I've been tested for infections etc. I had a colonoscopy gone bad 31/2 yrs ago and have had problems with my stomach and voiding often which she thinks is irritating everything- I have not been able to be sexually active for years because of the pain- I need more aggressive help- she just says it's not that bad and this should help ???
