Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Buttock

Hi I m 14, and have had no sexual intercourse ever, so I know it is not from any type of stds ever. I have this butt pimple and it is very painful. I think it is filled with puss, but it bleeds and is very painful. I have had it like 2-3 months now and I haven t told my mom parents or anyone so what should I do? I do not want to get it removed At the doctors..

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have painful bump on the buttock . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like boils ,foliculitis , viral infection or fungal infection . I would suggest you keep this area clean and dry , apply warm compresses , apply over the counter antibiotics cream and wear loose cloths . If condition doesn't get well then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may examine physically to check tenderness and consistency , allergy test , skin patch test and blood test . Doctor may prescribe antifungal like fluconazole or antiviral like acyclovir depending upon the diagnosis . Doctor may also prescribe antibacterial like clirithromycin in case of boils along with costicosteroid cream .
