Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Vagina

So the area between my inner thigh and vagina is extremely painful (just got extremely painful today, last couple of days has been mildly uncomfortable). Due to the climate of my region, boils are common so I have used the drawing out medicine I normally use. Not an STD, haven t had sex. But it s extremely painful as of late and I have no idea what it is. I thought I felt a bump (Which is what led me to believe it was a boil) but now I m not sure. Area seems a bit blotchy and uncomfortable to touch. Any help? If it doesn t solve itself, I ll go to the doctors tomorrow. Thing is, my usual doctor is male and I don t feel comfortable.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the dermatological changes and the reason could be infection or allergic condition in either case it can be given a best try with "Beclomethasone cream with Neomycin" take care for skin friction else it would be okay soon, hope this information helps.
