Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Breast

I have a soft knot under right breast but just at edge of rib cage, has moved from left siđe of diapram to where i exsplained hurts a little, i do have acid reflux, and last year September, my right lung at lower part was not inflating, they put me on antibotic. Also my right side rib cage hurts all the way around under shoulder blade. Problem getting all my wind when i breath in.

Thank you for the query.

Lump in this location can be caused by some infected cyst or hernia. You are unable to palpate anything from the chest or abdominal cavity. So acid reflux has nothing to do with the lump.
I suggest you to consult your doctor. Soft tissues ultrasound should be done. This should tell about the lump nature.
