Hello dear.To start a chemotherapy the oncologist should have the biopsy.The treatment it is dipendit from some risk factors.Very important for the treatment of breast cancer are the receptors estrogen,progresteron and herceptin.Your doctor should take the decision for the right treatment for your case.The reasaults of histopathology exam are the key of treatment.Good luck
