General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It seems like anal fistula. Please consult with surgeon / proctologist in order to confirm. Keep good local hygiene meanwhile.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. All the best.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
