Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Knee

I have a lump on my right knee which doesn t hurt to touch. I ve had it for two weeks and it hasn t got any smaller. I had an operation to repair my ACL over 6 years ago. Started the gym about two weeks ago and the lump has appeared. Quite worried about it. Waiting on X-ray results.

Painless lump on knee hss developed due to lifting heavy weight possibly due to bleeding under skin.. If ihave to treat I will aspirate it with a wide bore needle and close it with a band aid.
