Suggest Treatment For A Painful Rash On The Hand

I have a rash that appeared on the top of my left hand two days ago. It is painful to touch. I put hydrocortisone cream on it and it still was painful to touch. Water makes it hurt. It has turned into to more of a sore with a scab and is still painful to touch. What may this be?

Hello from my own opinion I am suggesting that you may have an condition called staphylococcus scalded skin syndrome please check out with a nearby lab center let them do a culture test to confirm it meanwhile take tablet ceporex(antibiotic)
