Suggest Treatment For A Painful Red Spot On The Buttock

Hello, I have a nickel sized red spot on my bottom left butt cheek. It s hard under the skin, very red, and makes my whole butt cheek hurt when I sit. Bad description but it looks like a red dark nipple. I cannot pop it and it feels like I m sore with a bit of an itch. Please help
