Suggest Treatment For A Pea-sized Lump On The Upper Thigh

Hard pea sized lump felt pushing on skin of upper thigh. It does not move and smaller lumps can be felt around it. It has been there for about a year or so that I can remember. There is little to no pain and only some pain when I press very hard and firm on the small lump. What can this be?
