I got a Janumet pill stuck sideways in my throat about an hour and a half ago. It was located right around the adams apple. After many attempts with water, bread etc. It dislodged from there but now it feels like it is stuck further down in my chest area on the left side. Should I go to the er?
You are feeling obstruction below your posterior pharynx. So you need to investigate with bronchoscopy like examination. You need to visitor or nearby otorhinolaryngologist for excluding any possibility of obstruction.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
