Suggest Treatment For A Rash For My 3-year-old Daughter

My 3 year old daughter came home yesterday with a rash. It is around the edges of her panties. Up her sides and in her arm pits and under side of upper arms. Today she is itching her scalp and the top of her ears are red. I did give her Benadryl about an hour ago.. She is very itchy. No mouth sores. Nearly nothing on her hands and feet. Swollen chained red areas a little lighter in the center also area. Looks like hives. Some kids at daycare have hand foot and mouth. Can you have hfm that doesn t spread there?

please check for fever if it is associated with fever it could be due to viral infection please visit paediatrician for examination.
further treatment depend upon diagnosis.
