Suggest Treatment For A Rash On The Arm

I have a big rash on my arm, i dont know how i got it bu it was red for a few days, and now it had gotten brown, skin peeling, and white bubbles appear when it is directed to sunlight. will it go away or will it stay like that. my doctor gave me a cream, but it hasnt done anything since ive been using it for 7 days now.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be kind of infection may not be deep one but it could be super facial, may be self limiting, in my opinion "Povidone Iodine" ointment can be applied it is just for precaution else it will be fine on its own, hope this information helps.
