Suggest Treatment For A Red Rash In The Groin Area

I have had a rash in the groin area (female) for almost eight day. I tried vaseline, gold bond powder, baby powder with cornstarch and lastly Ames powder which has constarch and zinc. It is bilateral with the left side being worse. Not draining... patchy looking and redness ...

Hello thank you for writing us here.
Most probable cause could be fungal infection.
You have to take shower at least twice a day and changing your undergarments each day.
You can also use coconut oil at the affected area which would bring a lot of difference.
Using a good antiseptic sopa and also washing your clothes and tower would make a lot of improvement.
You'll be alright in a week I'm sure. But if it doesn't improves, I would suggest you to use CANESTEN (coltrimazole) ointment. But first few days, use coconut oil okay?
You don't have to spend few bucks for ointments instead when you have natural remedies at home.
