Suggest Treatment For A Red Rash On The Foreskin

I m 51 years old ,I ve been tested 6 months ago for all sttds. It came back negative for all. I ve been seeing the same woman for a year . Now I gust got a red patch on my foreskin ( I ve been cut) about 3/8 round ish. It doesn t hurt,but it looks like a rash? It looks like it s going away. What should I do. I m embarrassed to tell her, but common since tells me it s nothing to worry about.

Hello,

Since you have been tested negative for all STD tests & have been seeing the same woman, you need not worry. It could be tinea cruris( fungal infection).

You can take a course of antifungal (fluconazole) & apply anti-fungal ointment in the area affected.

Wear cotton clothes. Take care of your hygiene, wash your groin clean & dry after exercise or sweating. Wear undergarments that does not trap heat.
