Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is necessary performing a throat discharge bacterial culture for possible strep infection, which could lead to this clinical situation.

The situation is not related to the kidney stones. It is also necessary checking for oral fungal infection. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
