Hi. Are you using any deodrant? Does it itch? Is there any elevatd lesion there? Does your scalp too itch? Two most likely possibilities are allergic contact dermatitis to deodrant and seborrheic dermatitis. Allergic contact dermatitis would respond to stopping deodrant and mild steroid like desonide. Seborrheic dermatitis would require oral antifungal and ketoconazole based shampoo. Take non sedating antihistamine like levocetrizine. Upload photograph for a more definitive opinion. Thanks
