Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, going by ur history , the condition appears as perioral dermatitis, now let me tell you that this doesnot respond to steroids.
The treatment comprises of washing ur face with brevoxyl creamy wash twice daily, applying nilac/faceclin gel locally on the lesions post washing, twice daily.
Review after 15 days, if no improvement noted , then visit a dermatologist for evaluation.
Thanks
Take care
